About Me
I am 62 - ECB level 3 coach 19 seasons as a professional. I watch Notts CCC the current county champions and play golf at Sherwood Forest GC. I am negotiating to go over to New Zealand to coach professionally later on in the year. I love visitng France and would hope to be able to contribute to coaching cricket when I visit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jbMjrQQtGI I helped Nantes CC lay their wicket in 2009 by providing information I have coached some 7 or 8 youngsters who went on to play first class cricket, three test cricket Post a CommentOops! The words you entered did not match the given text. Not sure whether first message went. What I am thinking about is a visit to say Bordeaux, Eymet and St Aulaye maybe others.
I would not expect to be paid, but if a club could provide me with a bed for the night I would be happy. You may be interested to hear that I had a holiday in New Zealand last year. I was approached to return to coach in New Zealand as a professional, which I hope to do later this year. If there are other clubs who might need help I would welcome any other contact information. I do love visiting France, playing golf and touring and any opportunity to help cricket in France would be interesting for me. Perhaps a visit around Easter would be productive. I think a few evenings with senior and juniors to be coached would be beneficial. I could then tie in with another club of clubs. I did do a bit of coaching with I think Tim, son of an English builder, who might have been developement officer. Perhaps a bit of thought and discussion to get a possible visit organised. Regards, Phil Cooper
